Hard-working professional with 19.5+ years of experience and a proven knowledge of classroom management, lesson planning, and instructional techniques. Aiming to leverage my skills to successfully fill the Principal role at your district.
· Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects and communicate those objectives to students.
· Plan and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction, demonstration, and work time that provides students with opportunities to observe, question, and investigate.
· Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate students’ progress.
· Use computers, audio-visual aids, and other equipment and materials to supplement presentations.
· Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their children’s progress and to determine priorities for their children and their resource needs.
· Attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops to maintain and improve professional competence.
· Support, assist, and plan assignments for teachers with EL students once a month at 2 elementary school sites.
· Attend PLC/staff meetings and serve on staff committees, as required.
· Confer with other staff members to plan and schedule lessons promoting learning, following approved curricula.
· Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in the development, evaluation, and revision of elementary school programs.

An after school program for students on campus who have a desire to learn the skills needed to become a cook.
Offering a trip to Washington D.C. and New York for our middle school students. As club advisor I help organize and plan a trip of a life time for our students to learn American history from where it all started.
